Tutor Policies and Tutor Code of Conduct -CRECHA. We are a budding and growing Ecommerce start up focusing on providing a marketplace for tutors and learners to teach and learn skills from experts. We aim to provide high quality of service to our customers.

The tutor shall be working in part-time with given timings and schedule. Currently, service skills included in CRECHA are, CRECHA can include or exclude any skill type if required.

How CRECHA is different from other E-commerce platform?

We allow tutors to teach skills of any above type. Especially, we are aiming to help small scale expert tutors struggling to find a marketplace with their unique talent. Otherwise, we allow all expert tutors who are interested, to be a tutor partner of CRECHA, following all terms & conditions & polices.

 

What is the process to be a tutor partner? Fill this tutor information form and read and agree to the terms and conditions mentioned in this document. Once accepted by CRECHA, our executive will contact you for verification and confirmation on the skills you have registered to teach. Once agreed on tutor fee, timings and availability, and the skills to teach, your service skill and your name will be added to our tutor portal.

The payment agreed is always 60% 40% split for each student participation in workshop or course.

 

What is the tutor policy at CRECHA ?

We want CRECHA students to obtain authentic, high quality and unique service skills at a very affordable market price with discounts or offers.

 

Tutor code of conduct: CRECHA allows you to reach hundreds of millions of customers.

We strive to ensure a fair and trustworthy tutor and student experience. At CRECHA, we expect you to adhere to the code of conduct principles outlined below. Violation of the code of conduct principles may result in the loss of your tutoring privileges and removal from CRECHA Marketplace.

 

Tutor Code of Conduct Principles:

•   Adhere to all applicable laws and abide by all CRECHA policies.

•    Maintain current account information.•    Never misrepresent yourself.

•    Always act in a manner that ensures a trustworthy experience for CRECHA customers.

•    Never engage in any misleading, inappropriate or offensive behaviour. This applies to all your activities, including but not limited to:    Information provided on your account;    Information provided in listings, content or images;    Communication between you and CRECHA or you and our customers.

•    Act fairly at all times. Unfair behaviour includes but is not limited to the following:    Behaviour that could be deemed as manipulation or "gaming" of any part of the buying or selling experience;    Actions that could be perceived as manipulating customer reviews, including by directly or indirectly contributing false, misleading or inauthentic content;    Activities that could be perceived as attempting to manipulate CRECHA's search results or rankings;    Actions that intentionally damage another tutor or outside person of CRECHA, their listings or their ratings.   

 Only maintain one Tutor account for all services skill type.

o    Be punctual on class beginning timings. Kindly check your Google reminders for update on class sessions, timings and participants. You have the permissions to edit the schedule and kindly do not misuse for personal reasons.     On unavoidable circumstances such as medical reasons or family emergency, you can reschedule classes with CRECHA approval. Contact us here.

  You are allowed to share the upcoming class sessions and timings in your social media. Each tutor will be evaluated on ratings for increase in tutor fee every year based on class session ratings from participants.

 

Kindly give the best service to add more ratings and improve your performance review at CRECHA.    We always aim to have only experts and specialists to tutor at CRECHA. So, please do not compromise on the quality and learning outcome. We want all participants to carry away more value for each session in terms of learning outcome, fun and class work.  

 

 You are not supposed to endorse your Instagram or other social media pages in the class sessions online or offline with CRECHA participants. Also, due to CRECHA policy restrictions, you are not supposed to share your mail ID, full name or contact number or any other personal details to participants.    Payment to tutors, based on participant count, will be done the next day of last day of workshop for workshops and the next day of last day of course for courses.    On case of no participant booking for any of sessions, CRECHA will not be responsible for the same and the tutor can avail the time for other personal purposes.

Tutors do not hold any privilege in interfering with Pricing or Discount or other schemes related to each workshop or course cost offered to the users. Also, tutors cannot interfere in the promotions or ads created for each workshop or course. However, tutors if willing to share their work in form of videos, images or other digital form or hard copies  can be considered for the promo or ad content used by CRECHA on social media or other advertising platforms.

 

Tutor Policies and Tutor Code of Conduct :Violating any policy coded by CRECHA as above or manipulation or misconduct observed causing harm to CRECHA or CRECHA customers will cause appropriate action including lawsuit or penalty or termination of tutor from CRECHA portal.

 

We want everyone to work for win-win situation. CRECHA has rights and privileges to update or change the tutor policy.

Sign at the bottom along with date, Name as in ID proof to acknowledge the policy terms and conditions.

Mention the payment agreed on 60% 40% split per student. Sign below the same and 

send these two documents

(Tutor policy signed with details; Aadhar XEROX self-attested) to mail id mentioned here.

Once your details are validated by CRECHA admin, you will receive approval mail from ADMIN. Upon approval, there you go! You are a staff member of CRECHA.

You will be added to our tutor database after which you will receive two mails on Sync Google calendar and permissions/access to edit sessions. For queries, contact us here.

Soon, we will make this process environment friendly with digital signatures and documents upload.
