CANCELLATION POLICY

(Please read carefully)

 

  • Shipping charges are applicable on product and region (domestic or international) basis. So, please check shipping charges if applicable for each product item before payment.

  • Shipping available all over India and other countries as well.

  • Currently, no change of shipping address option available once order is confirmed. Also, currently, no cancellation possible after order confirmation. So, kindly update correct shipping address before order confirmation.

  • All products are prepaid orders and no COD option available now.

  • No cancellation possible after order confirmation.

  • On instances of missing to receive the product after multiple attempts of delivery, no refund shall be provided. So, kindly make sure to receive the product on any one of the attempts of delivery.

  • On instances of product exchange/return due to damages caused in the shipment or manufacture, cancellation of the product can be done by CRECHA on no availability of stock of the same product. On no stock option, the amount paid shall be refunded 100% except payment gateway or shipment charges if any on certain circumstances.

  • For all services in form of live classes or recorded sessions, cancellation is possible with terms and conditions on partial refund of 30-50% of the amount paid.

  • CRECHA has all rights and privileges to update or change the cancellation policy. So, kindly read the policy for any updates.

                                                                       RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We accept returns/exchange in case of product damage. So, kindly capture unboxing video when you open the package to avoid missing exchange or refund. Exchange depends on the availability of the product for damages. Otherwise, refund is given on no stock availability for damages.

  • 100% quality and video monitoring are done before dispatch.

  • No return or exchange for size or colour. So, kindly order the appropriate size and colour.

  • We provide this service to serve you better. So, we kindly request you not to misuse this feature to avoid penalty as it affects our community including you a lot.
